Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales Manager! As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for driving Catering Sales across each of our 3 locations in those markets! After selling a catering opportunity you'll work with our local teams to execute these exciting initiaves. You can sell by way of calls, email and drop-in's to possible companies to secure sales! We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, excited to sell healthy food to businesses, wellness facilities and holistic providers! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the food industry and has a strong background in sales and account management - and who has a thirst to grow their earning potential!
Duties:
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase Catering Sales
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of catering events, including menu planning, staffing, and logistics
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus
- Conduct site visits and consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor event budgets and ensure profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire catering process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in catering
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Catering Sales or related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and accounts
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the catering industry

Pay: $57,729.00 - $140,606.00 per year
