Compensation: $65,000 annually plus commission
Location: Responsible for six locations in the Pittsburgh region (Liberty, East Liberty, Lawrenceville, South Hills, McCandless, Cranberry) and our location in Boardman, Ohio
What You’ll Do:
As a Condado Sales Lead, your primary responsibility is to drive top-line Catering revenues through direct sales efforts. The job centers around, focusing on brand/catering awareness and developing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. A high level of expertise is expected and the ability to multitask while staying organized is important. This job requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build partner relationships through cold calling, Linkedin outreach, door to door sales
- Schedule delivery of samples of product to potential clients and provide proper follow ups with the new potential clients.
- Door to door brand promotion within a 10 mile radius of stores within dedicated region
- Manage and respond to guest inquiries & quotes in a timely manner along with proper follow up
- Review sales per location to budget on a weekly, period and quarterly basis
- Responsible to be present and assist as needed for any replenishment/full service events
- Work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Coordinating detailed event/orders information and relaying proper communication with store locations and Catering Team
- Manage guest recovery efforts and review guest reviews on a daily basis
- Quality checks of product and packaging at each location and communicate with GM on any standard issues
- Follow up with guests daily to obtain any and all feedback regarding their catering experience and build relationships with the goal of creating repeat business
- Stay current with any catering training, tracking, or reporting
- Create, maintain and follow up with regional CRM
- Schedule and assist store locations with the region accordingly on heavy catering volume time periods.
- Prepared to complete catering delivery, setups, work off site events on a daily basis.
- The job will require remote work and highly recommended to be prepared to work from a store location nearly on a daily basis
- Strong Communication Skills
- Catering and Sales Experience
- Experience with Full Service Event Planning (Weddings, Graduations, Reunions, etc)
- Travel is required
- Valid Driver’s license
