Cashier/Sales Associate

Fox River Grove Shell and Rmarts LLC are looking for a qualified cashier and retail associate to work evenings and weekend mornings at the Fox River Grove location. Opening hourly rate starts at $14-16.50+ based on experience, with benefits!

Be part of a fast moving, successful fuel service station/convenience store chain based locally in the Chicagoland area. We take pride in taking care of people with many longtime team members that have made successful careers working retail for Rmarts.

All sites are clean and well-lit and have a strong customer base. Employees will be offered a competitive starting wage rate with health, dental and eye care benefits for full time employees.

Must be able to potentially pass a background check and must have a valid SSN.

Responsibilities-

• Keeping a positive and forward-thinking approach to successful business
• Daily cashier and clerk responsibilities
• Ability to keep a clean and well organized working environment
• Ability to pay attention to surrounding property while performing cashier abilities
• Ability to accurately ID customers for age restricted products
• Can speak fluid English and perform excellent customer service
• Can suggestive sell and help customers with on-site issues
• Can stock, clean and help perform regular maintenance duties
• Can help eliminate shortages and follow company guidelines

Qualifications-

• Ability to work a full or part time schedule and be available nights, weekends and holidays in case of emergency
• Previous retail or cashier experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or GED
