Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer payments
- Filing and scanning when needed
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Assisting the office manager with miscellaneous chores when needed
-Ordering and organizing office supplies when needed
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred
