Hours: Monday through Friday 3PM-7PM and occasional Saturday 7am-6PM
The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing and assisting the Service Department.
Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Answering the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner
- Assisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their service
- Closing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system
- Preparing and making deposits
- Filing assorted documents for both service and accounting departments
- Preparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments
- Inputting of additional service requests
- Performing minor accounting and minor clerical work
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include, but are not limited, to the following;
- Excellent customer service skills
- Pleasant and professional phone manners
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
