We are seeking new people to join our Morning Brew Crew due to a couple of our beloved employees moving away. MB is often a fast paced environment but we like to keep it fun. We are seeking two part-timers or one dedicated full-timer with a bright personality and willingness to work well with others. We are open 6am-4pm daily with a range of shift times, earliest one beginning at 5:30am and latest one starting at 10:30am. One weekend day availability is required weekly. Must have reliable transportation - free employee parking passes are available.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating portion sizes, and handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with cash register operations for processing payments accurately
- Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell additional products or services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring ingredients
- Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
