Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising as needed
- Promote and sell technology and electronics products to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Knowledge of technology sales and electronics products is a plus
- Phone etiquette to handle phone inquiries professionally
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
