We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Yogurt Shop Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in our yogurt shop.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting yogurt flavors and toppings
- Educate customers about our yogurt products, flavors, and promotions
- Handle cash and card transactions using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yogurt shop, including yogurt machines, toppings bar, and seating area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Restock yogurt and topping supplies as needed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
