SalaryBirmingham area club is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager that can take this club to the next level. Candidate must be diverse in service, bar and food production. It is preferred that the candidate has prior club background but will consider the right person. Enjoy a five-day work schedule along with multiple benefits. · Responsible Vendor knowledgeable
· Understands the philosophy of members are first in everything we do
· Knowledgeable of bar inventory and food inventory
· Knowledgeable of wines and wine tastings
· Able to work weekends and holidays
· Able to lift 50 pounds
· Creative mind that wants to try new programs
· Ability to work longer hours when needed
· Has an owner mentality when dealing with the day-to-day activities
· Possess a positive outlook on life and have a great attitude
· Enjoys working in a positive environment
