Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Able to handle multiple incoming phone calls and respond in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point of sales system and handle payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with resolving any issues or complaints.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient customer service.
Note: Customer service/cashier experience with automotive repair company not required but preferred; prefer customer service/cashier experience to be recent

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
