Salary```Duties:``` - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently. - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. - Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels. - Promote and sell electronics and wireless products to customers. - Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations based on customer needs. - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. - Follow proper cash handling procedures and adhere to all store policies and guidelines. ```Requirements:``` - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills. - Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds. - Multilingual or bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus. - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. - Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage. - Familiarity with electronics sales or wireless products is desirable.
