Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various products
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math concepts
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of technology products and sales is a bonus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
