SCHEDULE: Day and evening shifts available
FUNCTION: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating products and efficiently processing sales at the register.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.
- Provide high-quality customer service, demonstrating concern and patience in all customer interactions.
- Maintain a positive, motivated attitude in the workplace.
- Receive payment for customer purchases and accounts.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions.
- Maintain cash drawer and assume accountability for all cash, checks, and invoices.
- Perform inventory counts as needed.
- Replenish displays and shelves as needed.
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
- Attend and participate in all Company sponsored training programs as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties, responsibilities or tasks as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic math skills to calculate prices and provide accurate change.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
- Provide regular and predictable attendance.
- Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Prior cashier/retail experience a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Physical Work - Medium: exerting up to 25 lbs. of force regularly.
- Repetitive motion associated with operating a register and other retail equipment.
- Frequent bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting required.
- Abilitly to communicate with customers and team members verbally in English.
