We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier/Stocker to join our team. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring the store shelves are stocked and organized. REQUIREMENTS:
~ Must be at least 21-years old•
~ Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs•
~ MUST BE SOBER AND DRUG FREE AT ALL TIMES•
~ MUST BE HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY•
~ MUST BE DEPENDABLE•
~ MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
~ PREVIOUS RETAIL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure proper organization
- Assist customers in locating products and answer any inquiries they may have
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and security
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling purposes
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of different types of wine beer and spirits is a plus.
