Case Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual to join our team as a Case Manager. We are looking for candidates who possess a combination of computer proficiency, multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Skills:

• Computer Proficiency: The ideal candidate must be well-versed in computer applications such as Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience with these programs is essential for success in this role.
• Multitasking Skills: The Case Manager will be responsible for handling a fast-paced workload, often working with different systems and reports simultaneously. The ability to multitask efficiently is crucial for success in this position.
• Communication and Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills are imperative for this role, as it involves high-volume phone-based interactions.
• Collections: The position involves collections-based duties, requiring the candidate to handle financial scenarios and manage payment-related tasks.

• Knowledge of Medicaid (Preferred): While not a requirement, familiarity with Medicaid and other government programs is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour
