Support Services for Veterans Families (SSVF)
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Full Time
Day-To-Day
- Provides advocacy in obtaining community services
- Develops and carry out individualized housing support plans
- Provides active, intensive, comprehensive case management services, which include accompanying clients to referral sources if necessary
- Assess/Reassess individuals and family needs as circumstances change
- Maintains client case records in compliance with licensing and agency regulations
- Assists clients in receiving needed benefits and services within the community
Qualifications
Bachelors in Human Services or related field
- 1 year experience working with people who are homeless, veterans and/or disabled
Any combination of 1 years health/social services experience and/or education
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and ability to be insured.
