Key Responsibilities:
1. Primary Point of Contact:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all case-related activities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to streamline processes.
2. Efficient Workload Management:
- Organize and prioritize your workload with precision to ensure timely processing, issuance, and placement of cases.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
- Manage 150-200 cases
3. Exceptional Communication:
- Foster open and frequent communication channels with agents to manage their expectations effectively.
- Keep agents informed about the status and progress of their cases.
- Enter Applications Daily
4. Application Submission:
- Facilitate the submission of new business by proficiently entering applications into our iPipeline system and forwarding them to the appropriate carrier.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of application submissions.
5. Proactive Case Progression:
- Take proactive measures to drive case progression by timely follow-up on all case requirements.
- Anticipate and address potential roadblocks to keep cases moving smoothly.
6. Detailed Documentation:
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of case-related activities in our agency management system.
- Ensure all case details are properly documented for future reference and auditing purposes.
7. Client Interaction:
- Conduct professional and friendly phone conversations with clients to gather life insurance application requests.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while efficiently collecting necessary information.
