Case Manager (Personal Injury Law Firm)

Case Manager for Beverly Hills Law Firm:

Based in Beverly Hills, BD&J is the leading Personal Injury Law Firm seeking experienced, quality team members. Having recovered over $1 billion for our clients, we pride ourselves with experience our clients can trust.

We are looking for a full-time experienced Case Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Making the initial contact with clients and continuing to contact them on a regular basis
• Fully investigating each case by gathering and analyzing intake information and relevant documents.
• Entering pertinent information into our database.
• Verifying insurance coverage and liability issues, and maintaining contact with insurance company.
• Managing client’s medical care by keeping in constant communication with client’s and medical providers. Scheduling and calendaring medical appointments all while explaining procedures and related documentation to the client.
• Continuously monitor case status, review medical records
• Organizing and maintaining case files, preparing files to be submitted to demand writers

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates with have 3-5 years of experience managing a heavy case load in the Personal Injury field.
• Candidate must have experience managing a file from intake to demands and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detail orientated, organized with excellent follow through in order to meet multiple deadlines.
• Candidate must have excellent communication and people skills as this role requires heavy client contact.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
