Provides clinical social work services on the Bridges inpatient program in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of LCM-SPH and the NASW. The Social Worker is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, and discharge planning/case management service, crisis intervention, and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital. Represent Bridges at Court hearings for patient competency. Patients to include: Young, middle and older adults at LCM-SPH Bridges.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Accredited Program in Social Work.
- CPI certification (nonviolent crisis intervention training) within 1 year of hire.
- 2 years of healthcare related setting with psychiatric mental health patient population in area of service, preferably in an inpatient setting.
- Computer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Discharge planning.
