What You’ll Get to Do (detailed job description attached)
Work in a fast-paced environment- Use your organization and time management skills to prioritize your day & tasks
- Enroll participants in Wisconsin Works Program
- Develop employment plans and assess barriers
- Work with participants to map their dreams
- Assess work readiness skills
- Assist with obtaining work experience (volunteerism) and job skills training
- Connect participants to community resources
- Coach participants in program requirements and how to earn the full benefit
- Enter data, complete reports, and ensure timely updates to participant cases
- Manage a diverse caseload

- We believe in investing in our team members' growth. FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, non-exempt position with a minimum starting rate of $23.56/hour with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements. An addition $1 increase in pay after successfully completing training plan.
- Example: Meet only minimum requirements start at $23.56/hour; with 3 additional years of direct experience start at $24.31/hour; 5 additional years of direct experience $25.02/hour, etc. Then increase by another $1 after successfully completing training plan.
