About Us: Behavioral Health Field (BH Field) is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, dedicated to help individuals with developmental disorders achieve their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated ABA Case Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: The ABA Case Manager will act as the central point of contact for families, behavior technicians, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This role focuses on coordination, communication, and administrative support, ensuring smooth delivery of ABA services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule ABA sessions between clients and therapists.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Communicate effectively with families, addressing concerns and providing resources as needed.
- Liaise between families and BCBAs, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
- Assist in the documentation and reporting of client progress and session details.
- Understand and adhere to the ethical guidelines and standards of the ABA profession.
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts and other issues that may arise.
- Coordinate the acquisition and allocation of resources and materials required for ABA sessions.
- Stay updated on insurance, billing, and funding processes to assist families as needed.
- Promote cultural competency and ensure services are delivered with respect for diversity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative or case management role, preferably within the ABA or healthcare field.
- Advanced level of Spanish (oral and written)
- Proficiency in using computer software, especially Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
