Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides intensive therapeutic residential and learning programs and services for children and adolescents. Based in West Orlando, FL, this position provides someone with the opportunity to learn about systems of care, treatment planning and discharge planning (which would include community resources).Duties in this role include, but are not limited to: preparation of discharge letters/formal letters sent to external team members; tracking of clinical documentation, time management of treatment team meetings and small team meetings. This position also manages contact lists and additional MyAvatar clinical documentation; may attend court or MDTs on behalf or with a child.
Position Details:
Salary:Starts at $16.50 - 19.36 / hr (rate is based on education and relevant experience)
Schedule: Part time position;Monday-Friday (hours & days will vary)

Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
At least two years of progressively responsible office experience. Experience in a mental health setting preferred
Schedule:
- Must be able to complete atwo-week(Monday - Friday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. Orientations are offered in Orlando, FL and Titusville, FL.
Other Requirements:
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, Physical and TB Test.
Valid driver's license
Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes. Must be able to drive a car and a passenger van (which holds up to 15 passengers).
