Assists citizens with inquiries in person, online, or by phone. Performs related work as required. Upon Emergency Operations Center activation, employees must be prepared to work additional hours and job duties.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate degree OR possession of high school diploma or an acceptable equivalency diploma and two (2) years of secretarial/clerical and typing experience.
In House Candidates: This position qualifies for DAP.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.
