Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with their carts upon arrival
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive golfing experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart storage areas
- Retrieve and sanitize carts as needed throughout the day
- Assist guests with loading and unloading their golf bags
- Monitor and enforce parking lot policies, including cart return procedures
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cart management
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality and guest services principles is advantageous
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
