We are looking for a committed, highly-motivated individuals who are eager to expand their careers and grow with a developing Logistics Company. The right candidate will work in a fast paced industry developing motor carrier capacity, negotiate cost and manage performance. Individuals will rely on technology to make their work as frictionless as possible, focus on quality and interact with numerous vendors and customers. Each day is different in Logistics and always opportunity to create solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving performance goals of margin and productivity.
- Arrange carriers for loads and maximize service and margin
- Self-motivation and incentive compensation.
- Ability to work to achieve targets.
- Ability to work well with team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
