Job Description:
We are looking for someone who can put in the extra hours and will finish a job for our customer, with superior quality, no matter what it takes.
Carpet, upholstery and Tile cleaning is hard work, but it’s a great job. You get to go to new job sites every day, see many nice homes, meet new people, and drive all over town. The compensation system that we have allows you to give yourself a raise every day. The more you clean, the bigger bonus you get and the tips are amazing!
Our technicians easily make over $25 an hour!
Our technicians average between $50-100 just in daily tips!

What we offer:
Starting Hourly pay at $15/hr + overtime ( training )

Training:
The initial training period lasts 2-4 weeks, depending on your motivation.
During the training program, you will be an assistant technician. Someone will be working with you. Once you become a lead technician you will earn Base pay + Bonuses + Tips which average $25- $50 per hour, and most of the time you will be working on your own.
* Our technicians average $50-100+ in daily tips and bonuses.
The more you clean, the bigger bonus you get and the tips are mind blowing!
Hours:
The hours of operation vary from day to day. We try to keep the schedule limited to between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM but each day brings new scenarios. Closed on Saturday but Sundays are only scheduled on a customer request basis.
Job Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
GREAT driving record
Daily Internet access
Clean background check and drug screening
Solid job background
Ability to self-manage
A Positive attitude
A clean-cut, professional appearance
Willingness and ability to work long, hard hours and some overtime as needed
*IICRC certification a plus but not required
