Position Description:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a 100% outpatient position -- no hospital work, no call.
- This is a hybrid position where you will cross-train in NP-Consults and Clinical Specialist.
- Primary location will be at our Beaumont, TX location with some travel to our Greater Houston facilities (South Loop, Sugar Land, Pasadena, and The Woodlands)
- Comprehensive training provided (travel for training may be required).
- NP's lead the Consult Team (NP, MA, and US tech) in diagnosing PAD, and deciding whether or not a revascularization procedure is needed or not.
- While the NP does not have any direct reports, by virtue of your education and clinical knowledge, you do function as an informal leader in all our clinics.
- May be required to train at other clinical positions in the clinic, to help cross-cover as needed.
- We must credential you with our payers. This process takes approximately 12 weeks but we can start you immediately pending drug screening and background check results. One of our Physicians will have to review and co-sign your reports until you are fully credentialed.
- Starting pay is based on experience
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday, with rotational Saturdays
Requirements:

- Certified Nurse Practitioners only
- Meticulous documentation in our EMR is required, so strong English language skills are important.
