Salary```Duties:```
- Perform Carpet Cleaning services for residential and commercial clients
- Utilize various Carpet Cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality results
- Inspect carpets for stains, damage, or other issues and determine appropriate cleaning methods
- Move furniture and other objects as necessary to access and clean carpets
- Apply pre-treatment solutions to remove tough stains and odors
- Operate Carpet Cleaning machines to extract dirt, debris, and moisture from carpets
- Ensure proper ventilation and drying of carpets after cleaning
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in custodial, buffing, or environmental services preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques
- Ability to operate Carpet Cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify stains, damage, or other issues on carpets
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, move furniture, and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
