Refresh is seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented and self-motivated Apprentice or experienced Carpet Cleaners to join our operations. Our Carpet Techs perform a multitude of flooring cleaning and repair services throughout the area.

This is an entry level position, but it has the potential to rapidly grow into a fantastic career for the right individual. This position is part time through our winter months and will grow into a FT role as the weather warms.

Your workday will start at our shop in Cleveland, where you pick up the van. Day to day work would be performed using company equipment and vehicles on multiple different job sites in the Cleveland and Akron areas. All of our equipment, including our truck mounts are newer and in excellent condition for you seasoned techs out there. Refresh focuses on the apartment make ready space with carpet cleaning, stain removal, repairs and more.

It is a requirement to have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license for this position.

Refresh provides services to the multi-family industry, helping large management companies get apartment units ready for a new tenant to move in. Services include bath refinishing, carpet cleaning, painting and janitorial services. The company was founded in 2016 and has already grown into a well-known and respected company in its space. The company is currently wrapping up its franchise model and is getting ready to sell these franchise businesses in the coming months. This means many future new opportunities to advance with us! Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of carpet and tile flooring
• Carpet repair & patching
• Stain Spotting & Removal​​​​​​
• Water extraction, relays and cleaning for floods
• Maintain equipment. Including regular cleaning of vans and equipment

Skills and Experience:

• · No college required.
• · At least 1-2 years of experience in carpet cleaning is preferred but not required
• · Clean driving history and a valid Driver's License is required as you will be driving our carpet van
• · Background check for licensing requirements
• · Monday-Friday AM Shift Availability
• · Some knowledge or experience working with apartment communities is a plus but not required
• Hourly + Commission based pay
