Job Description:
- Communicate ongoing care needs & collaborate with families and care staff
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Meal Planning and Preparation
- Light Housekeeping and Laundry
- Ambulation and Transferring Assistance
- Driving to Appointments and shopping
- Bathing and Dressing Assistance
- At least 6-months of professional caregiving experience preferred (either in a facility or in a home care setting)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Completed TB Test within Last 2 Years
- HCA license with the State of CA Preferred (If not- We will assist you upon offer of employment)
