Competitive pay starting at $17-20/hour based on experience, with specific training provided at the outset. We offer $15/hour for training shifts.

At A Better Solution, we provide top-quality in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, and we are currently seeking passionate and reliable home health aides to join our team.
As a home health aide your responsibilities will include:
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to the client
- Assist with daily activities and personal care
- Experienced with Hoyer lift and travel assistance
- Engage the client in meaningful conversations and activities
- Prepare and serve meals, offering feeding assistance if required
- Handle light housekeeping duties
Must be available for full 12-hour day or evening shifts and willing to stay if relief is delayed.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.
2. CPR Certificate or Card
3. Communicate in English
4. Reliable Transportation
5. Maintain a neat appearance
6. A Good Attitude!
