Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to seniors in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal care
- Support clients with mobility assistance and light housekeeping tasks
- Foster meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Qualifications:
- Compassionate and reliable individual with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Must pass background checks and drug screening
