We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in West Birmingham. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities, as well as a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. You must be reliable, patient, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Administer medication, if necessary
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Communicate with healthcare professionals, as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
