Caregiver For Elderly

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver at our small family-owned Assisted Living Facility, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. This job involves no lifting or strenuous activity. Scheduling is very flexible, and 1-2 weekends a month only.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Assist with medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in resident's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Follow all resident rights policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
