RAYS Supported Living Services, LLC is a small business in Sacramento, CA. We are a small, person-centered support agency whose goal is to provide the best individualized support for persons with developmental disabilities so that they may live and thrive in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance/supporting individuals living independently, which may include tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Ability to use adaptive devices for transfering and lifting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) based on individual needs
- Help with household management including cleaning, organizing, pet care
- Provide companionship and mentorship
- Assist with meal preparation and medication administration
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
Requirements:
- Reliability is a must
- Current Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- An understanding of or a willingness to learn about Person Centered Support
- Experience with and a desire to support individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to adapt to different care situations
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
