We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to an individual in their daily activities. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of their personal and professional life.
```Duties:```
- Provide childcare services, including supervising and engaging with children
- Drive the individual to appointments, meetings, and other locations as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Implement systems to organize and manage the individual's schedule, tasks, and documents
- Support the individual in social work activities and community engagement
- Provide direct support in various areas, such as behavior management and patient care
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in handling sensitive information
- Assist with personal care tasks as necessary
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in childcare or related field is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to prepare meals according to dietary requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to implement systems
- Knowledge or experience in social work or related fields is a plus
- Ability to provide direct support and manage challenging behaviors
- Understanding of patient care principles and practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
