Caregiver/Floater

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing living spaces
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health status
- Implement behavior management techniques when needed
- Respect and uphold the rights of residents

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving is required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- CPR Certified & First Aid
- Understanding of senior care principles and practices
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

- Ability to pass Level 2 background check

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
