$500 Sign on bonus

• Assists persons served to maximize independence in activities of daily living and provides supervision of persons served while in the care of staff.
• Assists persons supported with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring to and back from activities, hospital appointments and meals according to the individual service plan.
• Documents progress and daily reports. Applicant must know English (read/write/speak). Must have computer skills.
• Complies with federal and state regulations, Mur-Ci policies and procedures.
• Behavior: exhibits professional attitude, demeanor, and interpersonal skills required by position and company.
• Other duties as assigned by House Manager’s, QMRP’s, or Program Directors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.25 per hour

• 12 hour shift
