Caregiver-Independent Living - Care Team- Starting 16/Hr

This Career requires someone who has the Compassion and Love for the Elderly. Not only do you need to have that drive to care for someone but have the ability to be on time and professional. In this Independent Living Community, we have our own Care Team on the floor following care service plans which include personal care tasks. We work together to make life easier and accomplish that goal oriented drive that makes us the best choice as a Team and as an Individual. We will strive to find that best fit and recurring schedule that you are looking for.Training provided to be acquainted with the Community and the companies policy and procedures. Opportunity to train as a Med Tech available.

Shift openings (able to work one day a weekend or every other weekend is a must);

1st (6am-6pm) on the weekends

2nd shift (2pm-10 pm or 3pm-11pm) while working with other Assisting Hands Caregivers.

3rd shift (10pm-6am) Solo Caregiver providing wellness checks throughout the night.

Care Provider Job Duties:

• Personal care (Bathing and dressing)
• Incontinence care (Brief changing/Cleanliness)
• Companionship
• Medication reminders
• Assist clients with walking and exercise
• Transportation of client, if applicable
• Meal prep
• Light housekeeping
• Memory care

Requirements for hire:

• Up to date CPR (online options),
• TB result within a year (low cost options available)
• Background check
• Driver License check
• Reliable transportation
• 1 year experience preferred
• Memory Care experience a plus
