Caregiver (Full-Time)

We are looking for our next amazing Caregiver to join our dynamic, compassionate team at our award-winning senior living community. Nestled under the pines and set along the Deschutes river on the west side of town, Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village offers an inviting work environment and supportive leadership.

As a Caregiver, you will help residents with a variety of care activities, ensuring that their health, safety and well-being are protected at all times. Our caregivers are passionate about the senior population and strive each day to enrich their lives.

Starting wage $21.50 DOE with the opportunity for increases and growth! Shift differentials available.

Our current scheduling needs are:

• Full-flex availability (put me in, coach!)
• Swing shifts 2pm-10:30pm
• Day shifts 6:00am-2:30pm

Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:

• A commitment to Touchmark’s values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Compasison), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe
• The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
• Reliable
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be 18 years old older
• Experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right person!
