Looking for a hard working, compassionate caregiver to assist a great client in Bedford, NH! This client is looking for morning hours Monday-Friday 8am-12pm. Client will need assistance with personal care, meal prep and light housekeeping and is currently non verbal, so patience with this particular client is very important! What You'll Do:

• Caregivers provide personal care for their clients. - This could include (but is not limited to) assisting the patient with personal hygiene (toileting, bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair), ambulation, eating, dressing, and shaving.
• You don't have to be a gourmet chef, but you can prepare a good meal and work your way around a kitchen.
• Provide Companionship to your client / create a trusting bond with them.
• Play games and engage with your client
• Provide assistance with everyday living tasks
• Light Housekeeping - mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dishes, taking out the garbage
• Caregivers may run errands for client and/or provide transportation to clients if they have appointments, need to do some grocery shopping, or even if they want to go for a drive. Don't worry - we pay for your mileage when you drive your clients in your vehicle!

Must Haves:

• High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate
• Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• Have a valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
