Caregiver For Elderly

We are a family looking for Caregivers who are passionate, caring, loving, and patient about supporting an elderly person with dementia. This position is a Weekend only position. Previous experience working with seniors with dementia is preferred, but not a requirement. We are seeking Caregivers who are nonsmokers and can provide support through a variety of means, including light housekeeping and meal preparation, care of a senior adult with dementia, and transportation services at times.

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care such as bathing and dressing.
• Provide clients with personal care such as personal hygiene and grooming.
• Communicate with patient and their families.
• Follow hospital or home office procedures and regulations.
• Support clients' interests and hobbies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Caregiving: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
