We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
```Duties:```
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Engage in social activities and provide companionship
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health or behavior
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
- Advocate for resident rights and promote independence
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in direct support or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and medication administration is a plus
- Familiarity with Adult Family Home stems and regulations is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
