Job Types: Full-time or casual SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Average Pay: $15.75 - $16.33 average per hour AND a 90-day pay increase!

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living according to unique care plans
- Accompany supported individuals on recreation and leisure activities
- Assist in behavioral and personal care services
- Implement individual plans as written
- Increase independence in the community
- Ability to understand and implement a variety of Community Support Plans and Individual Service Plans per supported individuals outcomes and goals
- Ability to track and chart data daily in line with company expectations
- Attend, assist, and engage in team meetings as needed
- Maintain communication with managers and supervisors
- Complete assigned trainings within required time
- Other related job duties as requested
Physical Demands:
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, using proper lifting techniques.
- Perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching for accessing spaces and performing ground-level activities.
- Walk, stand, and engage in continuous physical activities during cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses
- CPR and First Aid certification
- At least 18 years of age
- English proficiency to ensure seamless communication with individuals

Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- 3-day or 4-day work weeks
- Day shifts (Ex: 7am - 7pm)
- Night shifts (Ex: 7pm- 7am)
- Premium pay on Holidays
- One weekend day availability
