As a Sadler Health Registered Nurse, you will be part of a unique, team-oriented care model providing comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to our patients.
As a Care TeamRegistered Nurse, you will be part of a unique team-oriented care model that provides comprehensive primary care and case management services to our patients. Our Care TeamRegistered Nurse will manage ER/Inpatient discharge transitions, assist with Care Coordination, perform patient triage, provide patient and community education, perform med reconciliations, conduct independent nurse visits including Medicare wellness visits and assist with refugee resettlement assessments, administer immunizations and therapeutic injections, assist with community outreach and health events, performs standing orders, and conducts case management as part of family medicine practice.
This is a hands-on position with the opportunity to assist with patient visits and procedures. This is a fast-paced clinic with the opportunity to do varied procedures and care for patients of all ages.
Our Care TeamRegistered Nurse work Monday-Friday with No weekends or late evenings!
You must have an active Pennsylvania License as a Registered Nurse with a degree from an accredited program and a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an ambulatory clinical setting.
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package and generous time off. The pay range for this role is $33.00 to $38.00 per hour.
