Form of workMeadowbrook Church is currently seeking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Care Ministry. This individual should be an active and dedicated Christian who is a member of Meadowbrook Church or willing to become one. A person with demonstrated experience in the administrative role. A person who will hold in confidence matters of information that may be sensitive to the well-being of others. A person committed to excellence in their responsibilities. All staff members are expected to: participate in departmental and staff meetings whenever scheduled, in small groups, in church-wide functions, attend a weekend service, tithe, and serve during a weekend service.
General Description
Under the direct supervision of the Lead Care Pastor, serve as the Administrative Assistant for the Care Ministry.

- Accurate calendar and event schedules

- Demonstrated professionalism with staff, church members, volunteers, and visitors
- Good interaction and follow-up with visitors
- Demonstrated understanding and proficiency in purchase order process
- No year when expenses exceed budget
