We are looking for an Care Manager to help manage our successful home care business! This role makes a significant impact on our daily operations and the ability to provide the best care to clients by managing daily operations, and assessing/creating customized Care Plans for our senior clients and others in need of support.

Experience in Caregiving or healthcare field required
Your contributions to our team will include:
- Meeting clients in their homes to understand and assess their needs
- Creating an initial customized Care Plan that offers the best support
- Looking after and maintaining information on the computer
- Offering guidance as we match clients with caregivers
- Staying in touch through client visits
- Participating in staff meetings and training opportunities
- Scheduling and staffing all new cases and fill any open shifts as needed, in a timely manner
- Use our software application as the basis for all scheduling
- Be the primary contact with potential clients and caregivers
- Be part of the interview, hiring, and training process for all new staff
- Manage client and employee files ensuring content complies with state and federal regulations
- Keep documentation logs for all events, incidents, complaints, etc. that occur for both clients and staff
- Assist in filing, copying, and administrative tasks
- Flexibility and ability to jump in to fill Caregiver shifts, as needed
- Have a knack for communication, organization and time management
- Are familiar with keeping records on a computer, quick study for computer applications
- Thrive on working independently
- Understand that your interactions will sometimes be stressful
- Put people at ease with your positive personality, excellent people skills and professional appearance
- Want to be appreciated for being reliable, dependable, and having excellent organizational skills
- Have customer service experience
- Have a strong work ethic
- Hold a valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record
- Have a smart phone
- Understand the importance of client confidentiality
