Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Analyze patient information to ensure accurate documentation and billing
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal (multilingual/bilingual)
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

This position is full time and a 4 day work week. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 730-5 with an hour lunch break 12-1.
