Care Center Administrator
The candidate selected for this dynamic role will be responsible for the quality of care and services provided to Residents and operate the Care Center in compliance with all applicable State and Federal Regulations.
Qualifications: Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience and management roles in a skilled nursing facility. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required. Must meet criteria established by the State Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators. Current Nursing Home Administrator License in the state where practicing. Must possess knowledge of regulatory compliance and Continuing Care Retirement Community operations. Current CPR certification is required or must be willing and able to become CPR certified.
Additional requirements include:
- Ability to act in a courteous and professional manner through interactions with others.
- Ability to use a resident and customer-focused approach to problem solving, goal setting and management philosophy.
- Superior oral and written communication skills and ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in use of computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay Range: USD $132,892.00 - USD $172,756.00 /Yr.
