Duties:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dining, dressing, etc., ensuring they handle these tasks safely and comfortably.
- Coordinating and assisting with the administration of medication as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs as well as physical and emotional well-being, reporting any irregularities immediately.
- Conducting transports of patients to and from various activities and medical procedures.
- Providing comfort and emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a nurturing and healing environment.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe environment for patients and staff.
- 7Participating in ongoing patient care meetings to ensure open communication and high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic working environments.
- Outstanding patient care skills and empathy.
- High school diploma or GED
- Vaccinated against COVID-19. We comply with the EEOC by providing the ability to request an exemption based on medical or religious reasons.
- Must be 18 years old and above
- Accomplished clean criminal background history
